I am a global hospitality expert with 15 years of brand strategy, marketing, research, sales and design experience, with a keen eye towards adaptive re-use and openings. I pride myself on combining strategic vision and operational know-how and believe solutions are rooted in creativity and persistence.

I started my career at Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide in New York, working as a brand strategist for 5 years on global clients such as Coca Cola and Stolichnaya.

However, as the daughter of an architect, I always had a penchant for buildings (see here) which spawned my love of the hospitality industry. I left Ogilvy to open Wythe Hotel in Brooklyn, New York, as its first employee, which went on to become one of the most significant openings in New York City (Condé Nast Traveler’s Hot List, Travel + Leisure’s It List, Wallpaper Magazine’s Best Hotels List).

I then moved to Asia where I opened The Warehouse Hotel in Singapore again as the first employee and Brand, Sales and Marketing Director, working to position it as a cultural epicentre. It, too, opened to global accolades (Monocle Top 50 Travel, “Most refreshing independent”) and high occupancies. During my time there I also served as Sales Director for The Lo & Behold Group’s 12 beautiful restaurants.

Having lived in 4 continents, I now call London home with my husband Tristan (Director of Strategy, EMEA, Landor Associates) and daughter Rose, who, post-pandemic, will be working on getting her flight status back up to 10 per year.
